This blue cotton gingham dress has capped sleeves and a white piped central panel on the front of the bodice which, along with the broad fabric belt, give it that retro appeal. The v-shaped back feeds into a central, covered zip which runs into the generously large circle skirt. Worn with or without a petticoat (not included) this dress is the ideal from for summer picnics, sunny weddings and girlie tea and cocktail parties.

Miss Candyfloss was established in 2009 by the designers of the Soronius house of fashion. It is a retro brand inspired by the styles of 1940s and 1950s but made for the 21st century woman. They offer all the feel of vintage dressing but with fantastic, flattering and flirty modern cuts and fabrics. Based in Sweden, all their designs are manufactured within Europe under fair trade conditions rather than being mass produced in large factory lines overseas. This small scale and attention to detail shows itself in the Miss Candyfloss quality of design and manufacture.
