I bought a dress for my Wife - whilst the dress was amazing, unfortunately it wasn't the correct size. Jason at Vintage Twists, took my phone call and sorted out in time for my Wife to wear the dress to a party the next day! The level of customer service you provide is amazing and sadly missing from most companies these days. Maybe your service is based on "vintage" levels of quality, service and integrity from when the customer was the most important thing, not the profit margins! Awesome service.
