Returns Policy

In Short:

• You have the right to return items
• You must let us know you intended to return items within seven days of receiving them
• We must receive the item within 30 days of that notification
• You must pay the costs of return delivery.
• We will process your replacement or refund as soon as we can.

At Vintage Twists we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, sometimes things don't go perfectly the first time around. If you are not happy with your purchase - for whatever reason - you can return it to us for a refund, replacement or exchange. (See exclusions below.)

If you want to return an item you must notify us in writing within seven days from delivery via the contact details below or using our Returns Form.

We must receive any item you are returning within 30 days of you notifying us that you will return the goods. 

You will pay all postage costs to return goods to us. If you require an exchange we will pay the outbound UK postage on your replacement order. We will refund first class postage costs of items if you received faulty or wrong goods.

The goods must be in the condition you received them in - e.g. all tags and packaging in place, not worn, not damaged, covered in animal hair and not smelly.
