Delivery Information

Most items are posted within two working days of payment being received. However, delivery dates given are intended only as an estimate so please allow longer especially during busy periods - such as before Christmas. Delivery times will vary depending on service, stock and shipping location. If there is a delay in processing your order we will notify you via email. Where items are not dispatched within 28 days you are entitled to cancel your order and request a refund.

For delivery to UK addresses the cost of delivery is only £1.50 for orders under £10; £2.95 for orders under £25 and a flat fee of £3.95 for orders up to £95. Orders above £95 qualify for free UK delivery.

For delivery to Europe (as defined by Royal Mail on their website) the cost of delivery is a flat fee of £8.95 for orders of value less than £115. Orders above £115 qualify for free European delivery. Royal Mail deliveries from the UK to most of Europe usually take less than 7 working days.

For delivery outside Europe (including North America) the cost of delivery is  a flat fee of £13.25 for orders less than £180. Orders above £180 qualify for free airmail delivery.

We use Royal Mail for both UK and international shipping. Other services may be available - Contact us to discuss your requirements and cost.

Unless otherwise stated, items marked 'Free Shipping' only applies to UK including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man but excludes the Channel Islands and Ireland as well as other non-UK regions.

For international deliveries, additional charges may be levied for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As the buyer you are liable for payment of these charges.

We reserve the right to delay postage of goods ordered until payment has been cleared.

If an item is returned to us because the buyer did not make arrangements to receive it, collect it from a sorting office or provided an incorrect or incomplete address we will only re-send the item once the buyer has repaid for the necessary postage. Or, as an alternative, we will refund the cost of the item (but not the postage cost) once the buyer has agreed to cancel the transaction. We will not charge a restocking fee.
