In Short

• We will send items you have paid for as quick as we can
• If there is any delay we'll let you know.
• We'll chase up any items lost in delivery ASAP.
• Coupons and vouchers are time limited and usually restricted to one use

Delivery
Most items are posted within two working days of payment being received. However, delivery dates given are intended only as an estimate so please allow longer especially during busy periods - such as before Christmas. Delivery times will vary depending on service, stock and shipping location. If there is a delay in processing your order we will notify you via email. Where items are not dispatched within 28 days you can cancel your order and request a refund.

We reserve the right to delay postage of goods ordered until payment has been cleared.

If an item is returned to us because the buyer did not make arrangements to receive it, collect it from a sorting office or provided an incorrect or incomplete address we will only re-send the item once the buyer has repaid for the necessary postage. Or, as an alternative, we will refund the cost of the item (but not the postage cost) once the buyer has agreed to cancel the transaction. We will not charge a restocking fee.

Returns
If you are not happy with an item you receive you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund. You must notify us in writing within seven days of receiving the goods that you intend to return. Full details can be found on our 'Returns Policy' page.

Privacy
We only collect information necessary to ensure that we can offer a decent service and you get the goods you pay for. We do not offer customer infomation to third parties or send unsolicited emails. We only contact the buyer regarding their order and only send newsletters to customers who have requested this information. Registered users can opt out of our occasional newsletters via the 'Newsletter' page in account settings. If you create an account you can alter your details via the 'My Account' page.

Errors and Omissions
Images are for illustration only. Actual item design may vary slightly from image. Unless otherwise stated, accessories shown are not included in the price. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and aim to promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.  Descriptions, measurements and care guidelines may change without notice.  All goods are subject to availability.

Coupons and Vouchers
Discount codes and gift vouchers must be applied to orders from within the Shopping Cart page.

Except where stated, vouchers and coupons:

• Are limited to one per order and one use per customer; 
• May not be used to buy gift vouchers;
• Can not be applied retrospectively to orders already placed;
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
• Have a cash value of GBP 0.001 and are not transferable or assignable.

Certain products may be exempt from promotional offers and Vintage Twists reserves the right to cancel online coupons at any time.

Free delivery only applies for UK mainland addresses.
