I bought a fifties dress from this shop, it did take longer than expected to be delivered but when
I recieved it, it was perfect. The size, length and style was alovely fit.

I bought a dress for my Wife - whilst the dress was amazing, unfortunately it wasn't the correct size. Jason at Vintage Twists, took my phone call and sorted out in time for my Wife to wear the dress to a party the next day! The level of customer service you provide is amazing and sadly missing from most companies these days. Maybe your service is based on "vintage" levels of quality, service and integrity from when the customer was the most important thing, not the profit margins! Awesome service. I have received great service from Vintage Twists. I bought the Heartbreaker dress in a size Large but it was too big after a quick call to Vintage Twists I popped the Large back in the post to them and received the Medium within a couple of days. Plus they refunded my postal costs without my asking for the refund. The dress is as described on the internet, the service has been great, highly recommended. I'll be back to buy more. |
